CTLS Is Now PLAN

November 15, 2021Our member libraries recently elected to rename Central Texas Library System (CTLS) to Partners Library Action Network (PLAN). The primary reason is to clarify that we work with libraries throughout Texas, not only the central area. We are also not a library system in the way that the general public expects.
